Unfortunately my living room is too small for separate areas…I've tried several floor plans to make it feasible and it just isn't. But I have a mission style futon that I purchased five years ago to use as a sofa/guest bed in my Atlanta apartment and now it services as a sofa/my bed. I have a routine where I “make” the bed by turning it back into a sofa every morning while the shower warms up. My eventual plan is to have a nice futon cover and throw pillows for the living room look (have not been able to afford the cover and pillows but that is all changing now that I have a real job!) which I trade out at night with my nice cotton sheet sets and feather duvet and pillows for sleeping. I also have a dresser picked out to be purchased from West Elm that will serve as both side table/night stand and linen and pillow storage…this will make my living room/bedroom conversion much more streamlined and stylish. My large closet will eventually become more streamlined with built-in shelves and hanging rods on one side and an office on the other. My kitchen will be getting built-in shelves on what is currently a blank wall for additional storage/display, and I have plans to install some shelving and full length mirror in the entryway. I have tons of plans for the future but at the moment am making do with very little and the place is not up to my standards at all. I will of course be posting before and afters of the project once I start making changes.
So far the only decor item I have purchased since moving in is a white flokati rug about 24 x 36 inches for the entry. I want a bigger one for the living area!
P.S. My dream would be to open my own business helping others decorate and organize small spaces!!!

I am working on a flickr pool so we can show one another what we are making. I am going to make use of a couple of twin sheet sets that I purchased to make pj bottoms. I'll probably make mine with large striped sections and maybe quilt it on the diagonal and machine quilt the bindings so I can crank out more.

i wouldnt be too sure that it's real. My mom and my coach bags don't say what yours says on the inside. if you bought this bag from a seller in some place like china, its gonna be a fake most of the time also. And if you got it for a really cheap price, that's a giveaway.

William, in my humble opinion and as someone who is still relatively new to the business, my advice is to possess an excellent portfolio of work. You need a variety of high quality demo's that portray your diversity and chosen area of work. Listen around on the internet, see what the guys at the top have and set out to achieve the same. Whether you use actual or 'home-made' material, the quality of your work will reflect your talent. It is then that you can establish your pricing. You need the demo's before anything…

I researched the original manufacturer of the bedding to try to locate the hard-to-find items. The manufacturer was Springs-Wamsutta and this bedding was discontinued quite a while ago. The excess was sent to the Springs-Wamsutta outlet stores but they no longer carry it ( I even called outlets in different states). I believe that is why you are only seeing it on EBAY. I keep checking to see if any of the accessories show up for my daughter's room. Good Luck!
